01How does FrameFix remove a watermark?+
Draw a rectangle around the mark. FrameFix rebuilds that area from nearby pixels and uses the same repair pass for preview and export.
02Which files are supported?+
Video supports MP4, MOV, and WebM. Photo supports JPG, PNG, and WebP. PPT works with screenshot-style decks containing one same-sized, full-page PNG image on each slide.
03Is FrameFix free?+
Yes during the current beta. Every accepted file can be previewed and exported for $0, with no checkout, card, or account. Standard and Max prices are clearly labeled as future prices for after beta.
04How are Standard and Max tiers chosen?+
FrameFix checks video duration, photo megapixels, or PowerPoint slide count together with file size. The highest limit reached decides which price applies, so there is always one predictable result.
05What if a video watermark changes position?+
After opening a video, choose Changes position by scene. Save a new rectangle whenever the mark jumps; FrameFix supports up to 20 chronological positions but not continuous automatic tracking.
06What happens to photo format and dimensions?+
Photo exports keep the displayed width and height and return a new JPG, PNG, or WebP matching the original format. Nonessential source metadata is not copied.
07Can FrameFix remove transparent watermarks?+
Small semi-transparent overlays can work, but results depend on surrounding detail. Always inspect the exact repaired preview before export.
08Will the output retain its quality?+
Dimensions and video frame rate are retained. Video and compressed photos are re-encoded, and the selected watermark area is reconstructed from nearby pixels.
09Are files uploaded anywhere?+
No. File contents, frames, photos, slides, previews, and exports stay inside the current browser tab and are never sent to FrameFix servers.
10Does FrameFix modify the original?+
No. FrameFix creates a new cleaned MP4, photo, or PPTX download. Closing or replacing the file clears the active browser session.
