FrameFix is designed to repair files inside the browser tab. This policy explains the boundary clearly.

Media processing

Selected video, photo, and compatible PowerPoint bytes are processed in the current browser tab. FrameFix does not intentionally send those files, selections, previews, or cleaned outputs to a server.

Files and generated object URLs are released when you replace the file, close the tab, complete cleanup, or the browser ends the session.

Network requests

Your browser downloads the FrameFix application, self-hosted processing code, fonts and images from the FrameFix origin. Hosting providers may record ordinary request metadata such as IP address, user agent, requested path, and time.

FrameFix does not include accounts, advertising trackers, user analytics, third-party media processing APIs, or cloud media storage.

Downloads and browser storage

Cleaned files are created as new downloads. The original remains unchanged. Your browser and operating system control where downloads are stored and how long cached application assets remain.

Your choices

You can stop processing, replace the active file, or close the tab. Do not use FrameFix on media you do not own or have permission to modify.
